“Kids Worship and Wellness”

Teaching your children about health at a very young age is integral to developing a healthy mindset and habits towards a lifestyle of good choices for health as it encompasses nutrition and exercise. However as important as this is, as parents who desire to raise our children for a love for God teaching them to worship God physically at a young age is not only important but essential in forming a child’s heart to love and honor God with their entire being. In this class children will be taught exercises and stretches that are not only fun but formative in teaching them that it is ok to passionately praise God with their body. Kids will learn how music and motion are designed for us to worship God and know Him. Kids need to learn how to have a God confidence in their bodies while worshiping him and learning how to be healthy. This is a great place to make it happen. This class is designed for children ages 4-10.
