What to wear?
You will want to wear comfortable clothing without being too loose. All classes are done barefoot.
What to bring?
You will need to bring a professional yoga mat. You may benefit from bringing a towel to assist in stretches.
What to expect?
You will want to arrive early to provide time to set up and begin to unwind before class starts. Please wait till the end of class to leave or let instructor know prior to class. Please avoid wearing strong fragrances when coming to class.
What you need to know…
You will want to avoid eating big meals 3-4 hrs before class. If you need to eat before class you will want it to be very small such as a small piece of fruit. You will want to bring water with you for after class, during class is optional per need.
