It’s summer and it’s time to relax, restore, and renew your mind with exercise that challenges you physically, restores you spiritually and prepares you mentally for LIFE! We will be meeting at the West Campus of Christ Church of Flagstaff on Monday evenings at 5:30-6:30 for exercise and 6:45-8 for a deeper look into the book “Who Switched Off My Brain” By Dr. Caroline Leaf led by Annie Brown.
