I have been a runner for many years. I have tried many other forms of exercise but never felt like they could offer the same weight control and fitness benefits as running. In recent years, my body just hasn’t been able to hold up to the rigors of long distance running. After hearing my friends praise Kelsey and her pilates instruction, I decided to give it a try. I was amazed after my first session. Pilates was challenging both physically and mentally. I got a whole body workout in just one session. I am now able to stretch in ways I haven’t been able to in years. I also have a six pack. My husband loves it! I’m also a competitive dressage rider and pilates has helped with my core strength and made my riding position better. I have finally found an exercise that keeps me as or more fit than running and I know I will be able to continue it for years to come.
